"I purchased my Triumph Scrambler from these good people last month. I'm impressed with the machine, and also with the quality of service I have received at Triumph Superstore. No pressure to purchase, and no B.S. on the deal. When I had 600 miles and was ready for my first service, I called for an appointment. I dropped the bike off expecting the job to take at least a couple of days, and was surprised to get a call the next day to pick up. Excellent service and no greasy fingerprints.
About the Scrambler.
My first bike was a 1975 Triumph Tiger 750. After so many years I seem to remember the good things about that bike, but can't really forget the problems either. I was turned on by the appearance of the new Scrambler. My only real concern was that beauty might just be on the surface. I can say now with no reservations that this machine is as nice to ride as it is to look at. It has all the balance, response and power you would expect from a cross country 'Trials' bike. This is definately not just a pretty picture intended to reel in the retro crowd, this is a bike of substance. Check it out.

"I was having trouble getting financed through another store owned by this company. One day I got a call from Chuck, who was able to finance me through one of their banks. He got me a great deal on the exact style of bike I was looking for- a Triumph America. Not only that, but he worked with my busy schedule to actually have Steve deliver the bike to my home in Casa Grande! Chuck, Steve, and Trevor went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They have earned all of my future business and referrals. They really do care about the customer. Never in my life have a I experienced such great customer service. In my experience, salesmen are typically slimeballs and only concerned with how much money they can get out of you (especially the dealers down in Casa Grande). "To the Staff of the Triumph Superstore,
I showed up from the southwest corner of the state torn between a couple of bikes, and ended up leaving with the best of both worlds, a Triumph Thruxton. Not only am I extremely happy with the bike, but the service was unlike any I've received in my previous 2 bike purchases. Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership genuinely wanted to help, as a result my girlfriend and I had a great bike experience and will be back, even if it means coming across the country to do so. I would like to add a special thanks to Nate for being extremely knowledgeable of all the extras we got; and to Trevor for all of the insight on the bike and the amount of time he spent with us, even being one of the only sale people on an extremely busy day. "I've been treated with a high level of respect by Chuck, Tony, Jeff, Jason, and the rest of the crew at the store ever since day one, and now I've spent over $30,000 at the store! Other Triumph stores in the area have tried to earn my business, but Chuck and Tony always find a way to keep me buying at TSS, while Jason, KT and the crew make sure every off the wall repair and request is taken care of in a timely manner. "This is the most incredible staff I have ever encountered in a motorcycle store. The staff gives you the impression of family, working in a small shop that treats each customer as an individual and tries to meet each one's different needs without effort. "The weekend after my husband returned home from Iraq, we went bike shopping. We weren't completely sure we wanted to buy anything that weekend but we wanted to get some ideas on prices. We went to the Triumph Superstore after visiting a Honda dealership. Thomas was debating between a Honda CBR 600 and a Triumph Daytona 675. After talking to the sales people at Triumph, not only did we decide on the Daytona, but we walked out with it that day! The employees at the store were so helpful and knowledgable that we just couldn't pass the bike up. Since we live in CA, we had to take the bike to a different dealership to get his first service done.....needless to say, we will be making the drive to Phoenix for every other service!!
